Commercial flights to Turks and Caicos arrive at the Providenciales International Airport (PLS) on the main island of Providenciales, called “Provo” for short. Post Covid, we are no longer allowed to wait for our guests outside the arrivals hall. However, airport staff are always available just outside the arrivals hall and are ready to assist with your transfer to Atlantic Aviation FBO, a private jet facility 10 minutes from PLS. Their lounge is a modern and comfortable place to await your onward flight to Ambergris Cay International Airport, which is about 20 minutes. Guests of the resort enjoy complimentary, roundtrip private air transfers from PLS to Ambergris Cay, however, please note that we do require guests to arrive in Providenciales by 4PM in order to make the daytime flight connection. Please
contact our flight support team to coordinate your flight arrangements.
On occasion, our planes may be out of operation for routine maintenance and we may have to substitute transfer by one of our private planes for a chartered flight on a domestic airline. If this is necessary, we will make every attempt to notify guests in advance. In this case, transfers will depart from the main terminal and not the Blue Heron FBO.ENTRY REQUIREMENTS For US, Canadian and British citizens, a valid passport and a roundtrip ticket are required. For citizens of other countries, please check with the TCI Immigration Department website to see if a visa is required here.
