Carpe Diem is a modern 4-bedroom villa with stunning views of the iron shore coastline and bay, and 360-degree views from a rooftop deck, an ideal spot to watch the sunrise with a cup of morning coffee or celebrate the sunset with friends over cocktails. Carpe Diem is well-suited for families and adult reunions as it features 4 bedrooms, each with a king bed, ensuite bath, and a veranda or balcony. This privately owned home is set away from other villas, offering guests a secluded haven with spectacular ocean and bay views, and plenty of privacy. The decor is modern, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room that opens onto an expansive pool deck, and a covered outdoor dining table and poolside grill.

Carpe Diem is a 2-minute golf cart ride from Tarpon Point Beach. Calico Restaurant and Monck Beach are 8 minutes away by golf cart. Columbus Beach and the tennis and pickle ball courts are a 5-minute ride, and the Club House is 15-minutes away.

Private island luxury

"It is really a private island, the only property on the whole beautiful island. We loved the private, luxury villas paired with very personal service from the staff that seemed to be everywhere we needed them. The experience comes with everything that you would want on a vacation to a private island. Each villa comes with its own golf cart so that you can explore and find your own private beaches. The restaurant served the best meals I have ever had on a vacation before. The drinks at the bar were so delicious and unique and really made it feel like we were in PARADISE! Shoutout to a bunch of the great staff we had starting with the GM, Vianel, who seemed to be friends with every guest that we met. He was so thoughtful and personable with us and each guest, truly a kind heart and person. You can see why his staff is so good. Johandry in the restaurant provided such warm and intimate service that we loved seeing her every day. Rahul who runs the food and beverage was always checking on us to make sure everything was perfect, and amazingly it always was. Cannot say enough about this private island gem!”
