Waypoint is an exquisite luxury 4-bedroom villa, located at the North end of Columbus beach on three acres, providing a high level of privacy and private access to the most beautiful sandy beach on Ambergris Cay. The house sits 35 feet above sea level on a hill surrounded by palm trees and luscious vegetation and is not visible from the road. An impressive lit sandstone 100-meter driveway curves up from the road to an arrival court which features two covered spaces for golf carts. The spectacular beach is accessed by a stone walk from the house. From the south/east terrace of the house, which has the ocean-facing infinity swimming pool, the sunrise and day-time views of the ocean and the beach are stunning. On the west side of the house, which is sheltered from the easterly trade winds, a large outdoor living and covered dining space offers beautiful sunset views and complete privacy for lunch, dinner and entertaining.

Waypoint is located on Columbus Beach and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. The Marina is 2 minutes by golf cart, Calico Jack restaurant and the Welcome Center is a 5-minute golf cart ride, while the Fitness Club and the Club House are about 10-minutes by golf cart.

Fun time in Paradise!

"Paradise!!! I came with co-workers to celebrate a wonderful year. It was an easy place for us to relax and enjoy each others company. The all-inclusive aspect made it easy for everyone to enjoy the way they wanted. The Aurora house was heaven! The view, pool and accommodations were so comfortable. The best part of the trip was the trip to Hangover bar with Jose, MJ, Marlin and John, snorkeling with Marcus and Marlin, and tubing with Marcus, Marlin, and John.
The staff were so eager to please and truly wonderful! We LOVED William, MJ, Francina, Marcus, Marlin, Victor, John, Jay, Jose, Alejandro, Pedro, Evelyn and Giancarlos. William, our Island host, truly made our trip special."
